Lindal Cedar SunRoom
 Lindal Cedar SunRooms utilize both vertical and horizontal glass. Each room is custom configured to your specifications to have as much or as little overhead glass as you desire. A 6” sill, a 13” base wall or a 31” knee wall can be chosen for each bay.
- Weep system allows interior condensation to drain while impeding air infiltration.
- All mullions (posts and rafters) are pre-routed along the interior edges.
- Exclusive heat-seal tape ensures a watertight, leak proof seal on vertical and horizontal glass.
- Ledger assembly attaches sunroom to house.
- The main framing members of the sunroom consists of select, solid, kiln-dried Western red cedar.
- Birds mouth joint at eave line ensures precise fit and angle and enhances outward view at eave.
- Posts and rafters are bolted together and bolted to the sill and ledger.
- Multi-piece sill assembly is covered in aluminum flashing on the exterior and is trimmed in clear cedar on the interior.
- Pre-cut, beveled clear cedar caps on all vertical surfaces held in place with bronze fasteners.
- Extruded aluminum caps in brown or white are standard on all overhead glass. Optional on vertical glass.
- 1” insulated Low Esq, argon filled glass units with double seals.
- Champagne colored, 1 piece spacer bars--reduces chance of seal failure and maximizes outward viewing.
Lindal Cedar PatioRoom
 Lindal Cedar PatioRooms have R-30 roof packages with NO overhead glass. Walls consist of horizontal glass with a 6” sill, a 13” base wall or a 31” knee wall for each bay. Opening cedar windows can be optioned in any bay.
- Roof sheathing is ½” CDX plywood, ready for roofing.
- 2x6, 2x8, or 2x10 SPF rafters 16” on center.
- Aluminum ridge and eave vent system.
- 4” rigid foam roof insulation.
- 1x6 tongue and groove western red cedar interior liner.
- Double 2x8 perimeter beam.
- All mullions are kiln dried, solid, clear western red cedar 4x4s and are pre-routed along interior edges.
- Roof overhang with cedar fascia and soffits.
- 1” Low E sq argon filled glass units.
- Champagne colored, 1 piece spacer bars reduce chance of seal failure as well as maximize outward viewing.
- Pre-cut, beveled exterior clear cedar caps on all vertical surfaces attached with bronze fasteners.
- Extruded aluminum caps in white or brown are optional.
- Multi-piece sill assembly covered with aluminum flashing on the exterior and trimmed with clear cedar on the interior.
- Posts rest on sill assembly and bolted in place.
- Ledger assembly attaches to house.
Lindal Cedar Post & Beam Room
 Lindal Cedar Post & Beam Rooms have R-30 roof packages with NO overhead glass and have open beam ceilings with exposed cardecking. Beams and posts are HGL SPF. Walls are R-19 insulation with cedar siding, pine interior and vinyl sliding windows
- Roof sheathing is ½” CDX plywood, ready for roofing.
- Ledger assembly attaches to house; premium glulaminated precision pre-cut posts and beams.
- Aluminum ridge and eave vent system.
- 4” rigid foam roof insulation.
- 2x6 double tongue and groove SPF plank ceiling liner.
- Double wood top plate for added strength and ease of construction.
- Vinyl sliding windows. (wood optional)
- Roof overhang with cedar fascia.
- 1x6 cedar tongue and groove siding.
- Cedar sill plate. Wood muntin blocks are notched into mullions for a tight, precision fit.
- Sill flashing is finished with baked enamel finish.
- 1x6 pine interior paneling. (cedar optional)
